The opportunity to become an CSP of The Virtual Money Makers LLC is strictly as an Independent Contractor and not an employee.
At this time we are not deducting the semi-monthly $19.75 Arise service fee. However, we reserve the right to reinstate this fee, or any portion thereof, with 30 days notice if deemed necessary. Any reduction in fees offered by Arise to The Virtual Money Makers LLC will be passed on to our CSPs.

We offer a choice of structure for your compensation based on your needs and preference.

Flat Rate Plan:
Flat rate of $8.00 per hour serviced for each client. All bonuses, incentives, and commissions will be paid 100% to CSP. Currently there is no Arise network fee deducted from compensation. Earnings will be evaluated after 30 days of servicing calls and CSP allowed to switch to the 10% Fee Plan if it makes more financial sense for CSP.

10% Fee Plan:
Base earnings are paid at 90% (10% fee deducted) for the first $500 earned per pay period and 100% thereafter. All bonuses, incentives, and commissions will be paid 100% to CSP. Currently there is no Arise network fee deducted from compensation. Maximum deduction is $50.

Examples:
Jane Smith services calls for her client, Widgets R Us, for 40 hours a week for the pay period. The pay period is 15 days so we will round this to 80 hours total. Jane generated service fees of $12.00 average per hour for the calls serviced. Here is how her compensation compares with each plan:

Flat Rate Plan = Jane receives $8.00 for a grand total of $640.00. 10% Fee Plan = Jane earns $960, less the 10% max fee of $50. She receives a grand total of $910.
